Path to Disk Copier ?

romasurus

Question

I have just upgraded from 8 to 10. Previously, I had a icon on my desktop that launched the Disk Copier the path was (C:\Program Files\Roxio\EZ Media Creator8\Disc Copier\DiscCopier8.exe). I can not find the individual Disk Copier EXE file to place it on my desktop. Is it available or has it been intigrated into the COPY Heading of Media Creator Central?

That's because it doesn't exist. It is now called Copy and Convert and is a stripped down version of Disc Copier.

DiscCopier has been dropped from EMC 10 and the equivalent is supposed to be "Copy and Convert".

In my opinion this is another downgrade in EMC 10 :angry2:

Since EMC 10 and EMC 8 should co-exist on your computer, you should be able to to cintinue to use DiscCopier via a desktop icon. I do the same but am using DiscCopier from EMC 7.5 and have EMC 10 installed. As yet I have had no conflict problems
