Unable to install EMC9

Install EMC9 with no problems, no error msgs. Rebooted per instructions, when I try to install the content it does not recognize the program as being installed in the 1st place.

 

Followed the clean installation instructions, still doesn't work.

A few more details - your system specs (similar to my signature), is this a download version or boxed one, are there any entries in the start menu, is there a Roxio folder in C:\Program Files?

 

All you've told us so far is your car won't start.

It may be a long shot, but after you reboot, run Creator Classic, or Media Manager. Then reboot again, and see if the Content will install.

 

This was a quirk in EMC 8, and that was the fix for installing the Content.

This is a download version off the web. I previously tried this with a boxed EMC 10. Same results. Thought it was just a quirk with my cd.

 

There is a file path: C:\Program Files\Roxio\Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 Suite\InstallShield\Driver\1050\Intel 32
