error message in sonic DigitalMedia Plus v7...

Using Sonic DigitalMeida Plus v7 and trying to burn files in the divx/xvid format and I keep getting a message saying that it could not make a thumbnail and to make sure I have the proper decoder installed...anyone know where I can find this decoder I need?

THANKS! I'll try this out...some of my files are avi (I think that's just an extention connected to the Divx/xvid

issues....) so hopefully they'll all happily burn soon!
