lynn98109
I have made a slideshow using Sonic my DVD 4.5 and burned it to a DVD. Does anybody know how to make it protected when copying using Easy CD Creator 5? First, Sonic MyDVD 4.5 and ECDC 5 are totally unrelated, it wasn't until EMC 7 that Sonic bought the Roxio name and software from the company that then renamed itself Napster, having bought that name and software. Sonic then released EMC 7.5, the first Roxio product by Sonic. Second, I don't think any consumer-level burning program by Sonic or Roxio can add DRM. gi7omy
There are third party apps that are supposed to add copy protection, but consider this: The big Hollywood studios try adding DRM to their stuff - and it gets cracked wide open inside a day

Brendon
The only uncopyable disc is one which is unreadable.

I don't want anyone to be able to delete any of the files on the DVD. Is there a way to do that?

lynn98109
Sure, just burn it to an R disc not an RW disc. In fact, if it's not something temporary, like moving a file, using R is much better at retaining the data than RW media (which is fine for temporary usage and testing).
