Can't login to support/have errors on startup

:ninja: First, I cannot login to Roxio/Sonic support. I have gone 10 rounds and still failed. Yes, I tried changing password, etc.. After changing PW, I login again and it tells me "login failed". Anyway, these are the errors received when I logon the PC:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Runtime Error

 

Program:...mon Files\Roxio

Shared\10.0\SharedCOM\Rox Watch Tray10.exe

 

abnormal program termination"

 

and then:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"RoxMMTrayApp Module has stopped working

 

Windows is checking for a solution to the problem..."

 

Any assistance afforded me in reference to either/both of these problems, will be greatly appreciated! Jim H..
