Thanks, Get rid of any spyware/malware on your computer, and defrag your hard drive. Reboot your computer before trying again. Are you using firewire for capturing? If not, you should be. When I start the import process I see the video on my PC's screen and the counter moves as it is importing; 15 secs later it crashes. My PC is clean & plenty of contiguous disk space. Anything related to Codecs, drivers, etc.? Thanks again. Per what instructions? Are you talking about the Dazzle device? That is only for capturing from analog devices, not digital. If your camera uses minDV tape, then EMC 9 requires you use a firewire connection to capture, USB does not work properly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
