please can someone help get this thing working. i have loaded and unloaded many times but am still getting same message when i click on add movies, windows informs me roxio has stopped working then windows shuts it down. i am using sony vaio with vista.

i would be very grateful for any suggestions

I'm having the same problem as you salty, when I try to add files windowsinforms me that roxio has stopped working. I unistalled and reinstalled 3x and I keep getting error 1720 saying I am missing a script needed to complete installation. Is there any help out there?

i still have the same problem with mine, if i try to copy a movie etc the same message appears. now though for some strange reason i copy movie etc to my hard drive and then open movie through my hard drive/documents and right click, the first option is "copy using roxio" click on that and it works fine. also quicker than opening roxio.

hope this helps as i know how frustrating it can be!

thanks to no-one for helping, thought even brendan might get this fixed!!!!!!!!

anyway to all those like me who haven't got a clue, the way around this problem i eventually figured out is to right click on the film etc that you want to burn and first on list should be "burn or copy using roxio blah blah" click on that and this wonderful program kicks into life and actually works pretty good!!
