jtaranto Posted December 16, 2007 Report Share Posted December 16, 2007 Tried to re-download Roxio’s Easy CD & DVD Creator 6, but the https://www.portablestore.com/roxio/receipts.asp site is no longer available. Tried going to myaccount in roxio web site. I see my registration for Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 and try the suggestions for downloading, but the sites they take me to do not recognize my order number, etc. I purchased Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 back in August of 2003, so it seems they no longer have record of it. lynn98109 Posted December 16, 2007 Report Share Posted December 16, 2007 It's been years since ECD/DVDC 6 was available for download. When you download a program, you owe it to yourself to make a copy of hte unopened download on a CD-R (or DVD/R) for future use. At this point, all that can be suggested is try eBay or similar - and watch out for the "Basic" Version, since it doesn't have all the features of the "Platinum" Version, which is what I assume you downloaded.
