Question

I have just purchased a new computer with 2 FusionHDTV tuner capture cards. I have attached a Panasonic NV-HD670 VCR to one of the capture cards. I have purchased and installed EMC version 10 and I am having difficulty getting the vidio capture function to work. When I select the vidoe capture icon the program freeses up and I have to re boot my computer.

The message on my screen is as follows:

Program C:\Program files\Roxio\Media import10\media capture10.exe

The application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Can you please advise me how I can overcome this problem?

Like most of these type of devices, you will have to use the Special Software they include to make them work…

Thanks James.

If you have a Vista version that also includes Media Center and the card works with that, use Media Center to record. EMC 10 should have no trouble converting and burning those files.

Thanks Gary
