Google
As a new user of Back On Track 3 I have not been able to back up multiple folders. After having recorded the first file and attempting to backup another folder I get the message that the disk is not blank and do I want to erase the data. greading
Does anybody have any advice on this? This feature is critical to me, and I'm not going to be able to use the product without it. I have just upgraded from Media Creator 9 to MC10. The ability to copy multiple folders was included with version 9 and is not in version 10. This is also a necessary feature for me. I have now reverted to using a copy of Nero which includes this feature. If this is the type of service (taking away features) that can be expected from Roxio, I will not be uprgrading beyond version 10.
