Sonic MY DVD problems - missing file

Puchased EMC 10 following problems encountered with EMC7.

Following the installation I get repated error messages when using videowave and mydvd which are driving me up the wall.

Basically when utilising certain programme features SONIC DVD tries to load/install then crashes with an error message saying missing file MYDVDENU.MSI.

I can not find the file on the original programme disks -

Thanks - but I have a box disc bought from PC World.

Clearly there must have been an install problem. When I turn the PC on it tries to load SONIC MYDVD, but crashes when it cant find the missing file on the disc! (I dont understand how the file can be missing on the original disc).

As far as I can tell at the monment the EMC10 seems to run OK until I try to add effects etc. If I try to ad a mask/video effect etc the programme ties to run Sonic MYDVD then crashes when its unable to locate missing file?
