Recently did the upgrade to Roxio 10 and things were ok untill today. Have tried numerous times to burn a DVD through Windows Media Center Recorded TV. Process gets to 3% and the drive opens and program says there was a problem with the burn.
I went to the Roxio Support page and did the firmware update. Hp SP35094.exe. Did a reboot and still the same problem. I then went to device manager and uninstalled the TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H653L [CD-ROM drive] and rebooted. Upon reboot the Computer re-installed the drive. Still cannot burn a DVD. Have tried 3 new Memorex DVD+rw and Hp Lightscribe DVD's. Still no luck burning.
