Disc image does not copy the rom accessable picture folder

When I copy a master DVD and using the disc images method I am not generating the picture folder also held on the original dvd disc which is made accessible for cd rom viewing as it has stills for computer downloading - how can I create a disc image which also has this folder in it as well as the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders.

The workaround is to mount the disc image and choose the DVD-Rom (UDF) setting in the Data window. Now add the content from the disc image and burn you DVD.
