Must I update to Popcorn 3.xxxxx

Something to try is to choose Save as Disc Image instead of clicking the burn button. If that finishes then burn the disc image to DVD using the Image File setting.

 

Roxio posted updaters for Leopard for Popcorn 2 and 3. Popcorn 1.x is very unlikely to be updated for any reason. I recommend giving version 3 a try. It is a vast improvement from version 1 and the upgrade price is modest.

 

Using Popcorn 1.0.3 in OS X Leopard 10.5 and saving as a disc image and then using Apple Disc utility to burn the DVD works great. Thank You for the tip and have a great Holiday Season!
