Removing EMC9

What is the proper way of uninstalling EMC9? This would be to clear out the registries also? My EMC9 just doesn't plain work. I have tried using the knowledge base, emailed a question in and they responded with "a solution". Nothing allows me to open photo's and do anything with them. I try and open the photsuite and I keep getting runtime errors or the program just shutsdown, or locks up to where I need to use Task Manager to close it.

 

I have a 1.8 ghz machine with 1 meg of ram and the dual core processor so I don't believe my computer can't handle it. I think I may try loading it one more time to see if this program will work. I need a full uninstall so it won't end up not taking my key code.

Follow the instructions for the Clean install, pinned in Installation/Uninstallation... EMC 9 forums. You don't have to reinstall, if you don't want to.
