crashes with Photosuite

Since I install emc 10 I can't use all the tools in the Photo area. All have crashes. I contacted support but their hints were not helpfull until now. So I decided to share with all of you this. If anyone has the same experience and was successfull with a solution please help here.

 

The messages I receive are:

 

Runtime error C++ Runtime Library

 

"The applicatiom has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

 

R6025 pure virtual function call
