Not able to download 'menu styles'?

I recently reinstalled XP and EMC10...

 

-- Before the reinstall I had created a DVD project with DVD10 with a particular menu. Now I can't find the menu style that I used before. When attempting to get the additional menu styles when prompted from DVD10, the following link does not load and I get redirected to the main website.

Any thoughts on how to get a full compliment of menu styles?
