I send error reports to "you kno who" Bill Gate Can you start it from the programs menu? Off hand, I would guess that you have a bad install. I'm not saying you did any of the following but some of the causes for a bad install are a hard drive with malware on it, a severely fragmented hard drive, having other programs running during an install especially your anti-virus, and just a plain old hiccup during the installation. Go to Windows Control panel, add or remove programs and do a repair on the program. Have your disc handy. You can also just r-install over what you have but that takes a little longer. If neither of those work, you may have to do a complete uninstall and reinstall of the program. There are several threads on how to do the complete (clean) install.
