Ok. Listen Carefully. I am trying to finish downloading my Roxio thing for my camcorder. I am at Roxio Product Registration, where you put in name, email, country/region. I click Register Now. It Says:


"Checking for internet connection."


"Attemting to connect to internet."


"Sending your information."


"Internet send failed."


"Please verify that you are connected to the internet or try again later."



What is going on? I dont get any of it. And I really need help!!!

It appears that you are trying to register your "Roxio thing" (??) over the Internet, but your machine was not connected to the Internet at the time you tried to do that.


If you want to register your software, try that again while your machine is connected to the Internet.


If you need more information, you need to give us more information about the software you're trying to register. (Name of the program/suite and version number at least)
