Burning from TIVO just hangs at 6%

Just installed and have never used any other version of this software before. Running VISTA... I am trying to burn a compilation of non-protected cartoons for my kids off of TIVO. I am able to select the shows I want and start the burning process but it just hangs at 6%... I would appreciate any help!

Tivo has started to sneak a form of copy protection into its system and that can't be got around

 

However, normally a failure of the rendering is down to the graphics system in the computer - can you let us know your specs (specifically, CPU, RAM and graphics)?

not sure where to find "graphics"
