Douglas ONeill
I am having the dreaded invalid product key problem when I try to activate the mpeg-2 codec. Strangely though, the problem did not occue before I installed the 9.1 patch for Windows Vista? Any ideas anyone? Unfortunately, you must go through a clean install to restore EMC9 to the way it was. I see you have Vista so you may actually need that patch. I have XP so I didn't really need the patch, but thought it couldn't hurt to update. Boy was I wrong!! Good luck. Rachel
