Cd Labelling

I have create some DVD lavel with the software, but when i want to print them, i got a copy that is shrink on the height and extended on the width. I made copy with different printer, but it always the same result. Could you tell me what i am doin wrong, or it a misfunction in the software?

I have the same problem only with 8.0 Italian version.

I purchased some years ago EMC 7.0 (English version) and then I upgraded to 7.5 version.

This year I upgraded to EMC 8.0 (Italian version this time).

May be that there is a problem inserting background ?

Can someone help to understand the problem ?
