Your software isn't a part of the Copy and Convert suitelet, but there's no forum for it, so we might try to help you here. I understand Roxio Easy DVD Copy 2 contains Disc Copier, CinePlayer, Disc Image Loader, and Label Creator. Does it contain anything else?

What version does it contain? Please run Disc Copier and then go to Help > About to see a version number.

I've found two suggestions for that error. The first it to do a complete uninstall of the Roxio software, cleaning it out as much as possible, and then reinstalling it.

The second is from the Roxio KnowledgeBase - it's pretty generic, so it might help you even though the writer says EMC 7.
