Well, I hope I have the right part of the forum as I am new and couldn't find one for Roxio My DVD 9 - I just have recovered from a computer crash. My computer is fixed now, but after trying to reinstall My DVD 9, I get to the point in setup where it asks for the serial numbers on the back of the DVD envelope or cover that it came in. Unfortunately I no longer have either one so am unable to proceed further with the installation. This is very frustrating as I've spent over 80 hours putting a movie together with Video Wave in the program, and fortunately was able to transfer my video files over to an external drive before the crash. I'm looking at having to do the whole thing over from scratch now. I paid 50 dollars for the software and don't want to have to put it out yet again. Any suggestions about what I can do? Appreciate your input -
