Synching Tracks

When I go back and insert a video clip or still photo in the video track, the other tracks I have created (audio, text. etc.) do not advance forward proportionately to accomodate the new insertion. I then must manually advance these other tracks to be in synch with the video track. What's the solution to synching the tracks when something is added to one of them?

Unless you need the audio/text to span several video clips and/or photos, always add them to the internal tracks of the clip or photo. Otherwise you will always have to manually move the audio/text when you insert clips, etc. There is no magic way to sync them.
