No capture device in Plug & Burn

I have a Hauppauge WinTV PVR2 USB2 device that I just got. Its a TV Turner and also a video capture device. I am able to use it in MY DVD part of Easy Media Creator 10, but when I try and use it in Plug & Burn, there is no capture device listed. It's just blank. Why is is recognized in MY DVD and not in Plug & Burn?

For Plug & Burn to work, you need to be using firewire and not USB.
