Unable to find a certificate file

Floyd

Question

I have had EMC v10.0 installed for about a month now and haven't had any problems with it. For some reason, I keep getting a Windows Installer program that continuously pops up and it prompts me to load the CD with the MSI file for Easy Media Creator Suite v10.0. I downloaded the program from your website and I don't have an MSI file for this Installer to point to. If I cancel out of this installation, it tells me that it is unable to find a certificate file.

I have restarted my computer numerous times; I have tried uninstalling EMC but can't because it tells me that another instance of the installation is running (it's referring to this Windows Installer program). I searched your forum and came across a similar problem that occurred for someone using EMC v7.0 but the answer was in a link named 'here', but when I clicked on 'here', the link no longer works.

Do you have an easy fix for this? I've confirmed that the SYSTEM and Administrators have full rights to the Roxio key in the registry.

Please advise.

Thanks for your help!
