I am new to TOAST (I have v8.0.3) and not that good at MAC either (1 yr) because I was previously a PC user. I have used TOAST to convert a :30 sec video spot that I created using Final Cut Express HD QuickTime Movie into a .flv file. I now need to take that 16.8MB .flv file and put it on DVD so I can give it to a Web Master. I was told that if he had a .flv file of the spot he would use FLASH and have no trouble loading it on to the cllient's Web Site. I also used TOAST to create a .swf file of that same spot. Should I provide the web master both files? How do I get them onto a DVD???? I tried opening iDVD and using ADD MOVIE, dragging the file, but got an error message that "file isn't supported."
I'm a video producer, not a computer guru. I am trying to learn the best way to get the best quality edited video to Web Masters so that they can easily upload to web sites. Any help is appreciated.
