I use TivoToGo 2.5.1 and have had generally good success downloading recorded programs and burning them to a DVD. I wanted to save an 11 part series to DVD and 8 of the 11 worked beautifully. 1 of the 11 only downloads part of the recorded program and I have determined that if there is any significant "glitch" during the recording, Tivo may work through it but TivoToGo can see this as an "end of file" and stop downloading at that point. My workaround for this was to record the show on a DVD Recorder and then transfer that to EMC 10 for editing. Painful, but it worked. Hopefully this will help others.
So, on to my specific problem. On the remaining 2 of the 11 downloads, the transfers seem to happen just fine. File size is as expected and all is well (video and audio) when played with CinePlayer. As soon as I load either of these files into MyDVD or Videowave, I lose the audio file. Video plays fine, but no sound. Saving the projects away, editing the video, etc. all point to the audio being lost somewhere between the downloaded file and what gets loaded into MyDVD.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this problem? (I am in the process of re-downloading the files to see if that clears the problem, but that takes hours.)

Thanks for any suggestions.
