Copy 1.5 mb photo to phone?

I read somewhere in the promotional literature for EMC10 that you can transfer a photo to your phone and emc 10 will automatically format the picture to be seen properly on your phone.

 

What I would think this would imply is that if you had a 3.3 megapixel picture on your pc, that roxio would create a smaller file that was just the right size, say 15 kb for your phone when it did the sync. Obviously if I copy a bunch of big photo files to the phone, it would fill up in a hurry.

 

so my question is does emc 10 automatically resize the photo for your phone, given that I've already done the sync settings for my particular phone.
