picture in picture function?

I have emc 10 and want to be able to do "picture in picture' in videos. I want to overlay a video to a current video. I am REAL close to buying a competitors product to do this, but when I went into Best Buy, I looked at the box version of EMC 10. It mentions being able to do 'picture in picture' (I bought the download version...no manual). The Home page to Roxio runs a demo, and in the Video section, it talks about Picture in Picture. A search of 'Ask Roxanne" comes up empty. The help section in Videowave also gives no information

Bring your first video into VideoWave, then click on the Timeline tab. Bring in your 2nd video, and put it on the Overlay (OVL) track.

 

Resize the overlay video, however you want.
