Could you please tell me how to turn off the Roxio DragtoDisk WatchTray/ I don't want them as background utilities when I boot. Thanks

 

There is no Drag to Disc in version 10, but to turn it off, click on the Start button, then on Run, then type msconfig in the text box.

 

When the next screen comes up, click on the Startup tab, and uncheck Drag to Disc, and any other Roxio program that is there.

 

Click on Apply, then OK, then reboot. Put a check in the box, in the lower left corner, of the popup that you see once Windows boots up. You won't see that message the next time you boot up.
