Unwanted Christmas Present

Singer57

Question

As I said purchased as software from Dell. An email link was sent to me and I lost it. In the mean time I had to reload my OS so I lost everything. Anyone know how I can get a copy of Copy and Convert 3. :o Any help would be greatly appreciated

precious1000. I received the Copy & Convert 3 software for Christmas, but unfortunately it was not what I had asked for. My friend, albeit tried hard, is a technonerd and didn't get the right thing. It's unopened and I am willing to sell it to you for what it's listed at $49.99. I will even pay for the postage to send to you.

Please reply to me and let's see what kind of arrangement we can make. Thanks.

That's disgusting treatment by Dell!

They are the ones who took your money. Only they will have records of the transaction, and they should help you. Their "Buy it again, then" attitude is over the top, and should be noted by anyone reading this forum who is considering buying from them.

If you get no satisfaction from Dell and do consider buying another copy I suggest you buy it from Roxio.

Regards,

Brendon

Brendon, Unfortunately Roxio was no help to me in buying back the C&C3 that I purchased at Circuit City. I had trouble installing the first software I got for Christmas and ended up taking it back to CC. I could only get the same copy. Needless to say, I didn't want it to begin with, was a Christmas gift, and since I had opened it (thought I'd try it anyway), I couldn't return it. So I am now stuck with an unopened copy of C&C3 and have replied to precious 1000 that I am willing to sell it and pay for postage. If you can help with this transaction or know of anyone who would want to purchase this, please reply to this note. Thanks.

Singer57,

If you bought something from Circuit City then you need to deal with them. It's a bit unrealistic to expect a wholesaler to buy something from you when you purchased it from a retailer and don't want it now.

If you want to sell it to precious1000 please do your negotiations by Private Message (PM) rather than distracting from his/her topic.

Regards,

Brendon
