I am having a couple of issues with RecordNow 9.0. I sent Sonic an email almost a week ago and haven't heard anything except the automated "we'll get back to you" email.
I have an ION USB turntable and I am trying to capture vinyl LPs. When I set RecordNow to record, I can't hear the record playing. I can't find a "monitor" option in the program. I found it in the 3 other programs I am evaluating with no problem. Does anyone know of a "monitor" option that will let me hear what I am recording? It isn't in the driver for the turntable.
Secondly, the track identification and information section is doing a lousy job. Even when I split out the tracks manually and type in the name of the album, the program changes the album name to an entirely different album. Is this typical for this product or am I using it wrong?
So far I am not impressed with Roxio/Sonic technical support.
