Beerman
My local news showed some pictures of this tiny matchbox car. Supposedly, it will outsell the VW's and get 50 MPG. Wonder how it works in crash tests!
REDWAGON
Boy, that's a cute little toy. I could put that in the bed of my pickup and go touring away !! Crash test ??? golinux
My little GEO Metro cost $7,000 in 1990 (with 10,000 miles already on it). It's been getting between 35-40 MPG ever since. Just last year went over 100,000 miles. Still running well hopefully, for many years to come. Talk about economical!
ggrussell
Saw that on the news this evening. REALLY stripped! No power steering , N0 A/C, No radio and no safety devices like air bags. The news anchor mentioned the car would cost twice that in the USA just to add the air bags. Don't think we'll see any of them on US roadways anytime soon.
