Hi, I bought a Toshiba Note Book a few months ago and it came with the Microsoft XP Service Pack 2 and RecordNow version 7.31.
I have made a few data file backups using the DVD drive, however, I found that when I tried to read my backup files, system display an error message saying "Invalid directory entry has been encountered. Some content may be lost or inaccessable". The folders appearing on the Window Explorers were incomplete and none of the files in the folders can be read.
Nevetheless, the same DVD can be read by other desktop or note book without any problem.
My DVD drive can also read other DVD backup files made by other computers.
I also noticed that if I right click on my D drive (DVD drive) and select the "reject" option, the files/folders now reappear and I can read the files without any problem.
Though I can get around with this issue, I would like to fix it up if possible.
Does anyone experience the same issue and know the solution?
