I get a runtime error when attempting to capture and get the message:
"Program: ...\MediaCapture10.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
Tech Support is less than helpful so far.
I have:
Uninstalled/reinstalled,
Installed update,
Updated Video Drivers (Online chat),
Checked MSConfig (Online Knowledge Base),
And, e-mail tech support suggested I use a Firewire cable to capture instead of a USB (no, really? What is this firewire, oh wise ones?). I was surprised they didn't ask me if my computer was plugged in.
I hate this stuff...
Please help.
I received the same runtime error when trying to open the Media manager that came with my BlackBerry 8820. Also when installing the software for this media manager my Media Creator Suite was uninstalled.
Soooo I upgraded to Easy Media Creator 10 (which uninstalled the version of media manager for the BlackBerry unit). The media manager 10 worked fine with the BlackBerry for a while; but is now going into the "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information" every time I open it either independently or from within the Media Creator Suite program. I run "update now" and no updates are available. I asked "Roxy" and received a messsage in regard to Photo Suite. Any help would be appreciated.
