downloading

i purchased emc 10 online, but an having trouble downloading it. i have internet through cable, and so it is pretty fast, but it takes 10+ hours to download 1/2, and then it stops in the middle. is there a way i can download a zip file or something like that so it goes faster? thanks!

I had a PC crash last week and lost everything. I had almost everything backed up except Easy Media Creator 10 Suite.

I bought the 2 yr. backup download from roxio I tried to use it using the free download manager and it started and resumed so many time that digitalrivers said I've downloaded it to many times and locked me out.

OF course Roxio's other solution is to by a backup for $79.

There are instructions rega4rding re-downloading, and you should be able to find information on contacting Digital River to get the download count reset.

I can't say for sure it's related but Roxio has been having trouble with these forums and recently made a server change. It is possible the changes also have an effect on downloading. They are aware that there is a problem and have been working on it the last few days. We've not been told of an estimated time for it to be fixed.

Also use a download manager app, like DAP or there are many free ones that will resume the download if it was stopped for some reason , do a google search for free download managers...
