Go to Roxio My Account and log in...and it will come up with the page where you should be logged in.. Click on Solutions at the top.. and click on Roxio Labs.....http://www.roxio.com/enu/solutions/roxiolabs/default.html and then click on Forums..and hey Presto You are logged in.... Try it...
