I just purchased and loaded Cineplayer DVD Decoder Pack 2.3.1 on my XP box. Media Player 10 (then 11) comes up fine, but the displayed video exhibits jitter and short freeze every few seconds. I have 2 DVD player/recorders on board, one Samsung, one Pioneer. Both have the lastest firmware and drivers available. I have tried several DVDs as well, with the same result.
I have repeatedly tried to contact Roxio support via email, to no avail. I guess they want you to call their $2 a minute phone support. If I cannot solve the problem, I guess I will simply delete the decoder and instruct my credit card company to cancel the charge, and we can fight it out from there.
I chose Roxio for their apparently undeserved good reputation.

Any ideas?
