I can't install ? when I install I get......

I don't know who to email about my problem,

I looked at emailing customer service, but it says only non-tech questions, I uninstalled my copy and covert 3 because of a problem my pc was having, after it was resolved I tried to reinstall the program and now it says my cd key is not valid to try it again so I did several times with lower case and capital letters ? it's the real one, I bought it in the store and it worked before, whats going on?I'm on windows XP Pro

PLEASE HELP I'm tring to convert my wma files to mp3.
