Have sent four requests to Roxio to receive practical - and practicable - help to DL updates, first of Popcorn 3, and today of Toast 8 which I needed and do begin to regret purchasing.
The reason for the aggravation being that NO ACCESS TO UPDATES has been at all possible on my Intel iMac Tiger 10.4.11.
I keep turning around in circles on Roxio's site, between the "My account" page and "Download" button, the "Software page", and back again. No way to actually access the update DL.
Roxio has replied to ALL of my requests with an assortment of automatically generated emails which all give me the same - ineffective - information re my order, account, password, DL links, etc. No personal attention appears to be granted.
WHAT ON EARTH AM I TO DO ?
Am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this situation which has lasted for more than a month.
Are there other users (Mac users?) who have had the same problem? How did you get it solved ?
Can somebody in the Roxio team help ?
Does anyone have an email address other than the usual "Sonic Store" or "sonicstorecs@digitalriver.com" which only generate the usual collection of standard replies which have, in my case, proved to be completely ineffective ?
