Worst support ever

angrycustomer

Question

I hate Roxio. How greedy can people actually get? Its impossible to ask a question, you have to register in order to even get access to any type of support, and even then you have to take a ticket. If you want you can talk to someone for $2.00 a minute! Then there is that Roxann chick who can't tell her &%$ from her elbow, let alone help you with your software. Is anyone else put off by this?

Since you took the time to register on the forums and post a gripe, would you like to spend a few more minutes telling us what your problem is? There is a chance those that lurk around here might be able to help you.

Help would be great! I would like to find out if old jam sessions will open with toast 8 titanium, and if so, do all of the settings transfer? (such as normalizing, fades, etc.). Any response would be very much appreciated, I have never had to jump through so many hoops to find out something like this. Thanks

Since you are working with a Mac, you should post you're question in the Mac section of the forum. The regular Mac users tend not to post outside of that area, including this general chat section this post is on, so they aren't likely to see your question. There are a number of helpful users there that should be able to answer your questions. Good Luck

I don't want to have to hunt down forum topics, abide by forum rules, or anything, I would like free support for the product that I paid for from the company I bought it from. Since they do not offer free support, I came here and posted in the first post I saw which said 'General'. I don't have all day to browse around forums looking for my solution. I shouldn't have to register to ask a question. If a company makes a shitty product, they #$^@ well better have someone to answer questions. I finally got a reply to my question, and it said: "we don't know, here is a link to get your money refunded". Is that some reply they send to everyone with their 'free' ticket system response? A yes or a no would have been better than that. I am quiet sure this company intentionally made a horrible product, and set up their $2 per minute phone service to suck extra money out of their customers. That makes me sick. Anyways, hours of my time have been wasted, I still don't know what I need to know, and I suppose I never will. Thanks Roxio
