Span Disc Set Not Working

Hello Friends,

 

I have a file split between three DVDs that I need to restore. When I place one of the DVDs in my computer, I get the "Roxio Restore" icon, but nothing happens after I click it except the icon appears in my taskbar briefly, bounces a few times, and then disappears. I've tried using all three DVDs, and the same thing happens with each one.

 

Can anyone offer some advice? I know other people on this board have had similar troubles...

Sorry, I've never had this happen so I can't guess it's cause. Try starting up in Safe mode and see if the Restore application works.
