The Roxio Creator 9 software pre-installed on my computer was initially opened by a standard user (myself.) I tried and failed to make a copy of a DVD (DVD was too scratched, I believe.) I canceled the project and closed the program. Now, the copy function of the program can't be used by myself as administrator or my son as standard user because it is in use by the user that initially opened the program. I uninstalled Roxio and re-installed but it still shows th copy function in use by the first user??? How is that possible?
