sonic solutions dla conflict with vista

I loaded Easy cd and dvd burning (Windows Vista Compatible) on my vista home premium computer. After I restarted my computer I got an error message that Vista is blocking a driver for sonic solutions dla from loading because of a conflict. Windows has no solution for this and suggested I contact the software mfgr.

 

Anybody else experience this

 

The programs lock up when I run them.

Remove DLA, I doubt that it is compatible with Vista. Vista has its own packet writing program. Also make sure that you have your security programs turned off while installing any program.

There is an update to apply, after which it should work well.

 

Please look at John's pinned post in the EMC 9 VISTA forum. (here) Select the 32 or 64-bit patch depending on which Vista you're running.
