Easy Audio Capture

naplesman

Question

I have been pleased with Easy Audion Capture for more than a month because of the success that I have had in capturing music from at least 10 of my LP's from time to time, not all in one day. Today I experieced a setback. Easy Audio Capture would not caputre anymore.

I am capturing from my turntable connected to my amp and then to my computer. I have made many Cd's of old music. So, it cannot not necessarily be my system. I checked and rechecked all of my connections nothing has changed since I first started capturing weeks ago.

First, Can anybody tell me the significant of the number relating to how many hours left on the drive means? This can be found almost at the bottom of the Easy Audio Capture Screen. Can anybody give me any suggestions as to what happened and how I can alleviate the problem so that I can get back to capturing.

My overall experience with Easy Media Creator 8 has been very postiive. I just need a little now.

I don't know why you can't capture anymore but the number of hours left tells you an approximate amount of music you can record to your drive depending on the quality of the capture you choose. Change the quality to wav and then to mp3 low quality and you'll see the time increases letting you know you can fit more music on your drive at that lower quality.

Let me guess, since you provided no information on how much space you have left on your hard drive. You have very little space left on it, correct?
