My video DVDs made in Toast 7 freeze and stutter, sometimes freezing for only a few seconds, sometimes freezing to the point that the disk has to be ejected becuase it won't stop or fast forward or skip tracks or anything. I tried switching DVD brands but that didn't help and I've tried encoding at both 8x (the max for my disks) and 2x, but both seem to have the problem.
The freezes don't consistently happen at the same spots, like a scratch, and they seem to start only after the disk has been playing for a while.
The problem occurs in a variety of players including laptops and home DVD players.
I did not have this problem with Toast 6 and all my hardware has remained the same since my upgrade to 7.
