Toast 8 + Elgato Eye Tv 250+ Email Macworld '08 Special

Before heading off to MacWorld '08 I got an email from roxioemail.com for a special bundle promo. I ordered Toast 8 Titanium with EyeTV 250+. This was on Jan 15. Turns out I could have gotten a better bargain while @ MacWorld. Anyway, I still haven't received my order (as of Feb 4)!! I check http://www.findmyorder.com/roxio and it continues to indicate "Order in Process".

 

I've sent two emails to customer support (Jan 24 & Jan 28) and have had NO response. I called customer support and was told that they would look into it. That call was a week ago. No response and still no progress in my order being completed. Same status. What the heck is going on???

 

I really can't believe how poorly roxio has treated me in this situation.

I wish I've read your posting before placing my order.

I ordered the combo three weeks ago, but the status continues to show "Order in Process".

I called Roxio three times. They promised to check and update by e-mail, but none came.

Never had online purchase experience so bad.

 

GMK, Did you ever get your shipment?
