Unable To Build The Render Graph

Hi there

Whilst trying to output a video file in videowave I get the following error "unable to build the render graph". This happens no matter what format I choose to save to and also I have tried a clean-reinstall of Roxio 10 and have the latest graphics drivers and directx version.

I have tried to set the options to software render rather than hardware and it makes no difference...

Any help greatly appreciated....

List your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed in my signature. What video card/chip do you have?

Abit AB9 Pro Motherboard

2GB OCX RAM

Philips DVD Burner

Pioneer DVD Burner

XFX NVidia GeForce 8600GT PCI 256MB

Something else ive noticed is there is now preview windows when I go to 'Pan and Zoom'...

Maybe this is related?

Definitely sounds like a video card issue. But since you have good hardware, I would suspect that Videowave/MyDVD is having a problem with DirectX 10 in Windows Vista.

"They", Roxio, will not be fixing anything…

I have Vista HOme Premium, Geforce 7300GS with nVidia driver V169.25 for Vista. I had no problem rendering a MPEG from Videowave using hardware or software rendering.
